MOLIT at GMDS 2025: Use of Health Data

The MOLIT Data Science & AI team participated in the GMDS conference in Jena from September 7–10, 2025, presenting several contributions. In the historic Volkshaus, the latest research results were showcased during the scientific sessions. Topics included the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in precision medicine, semantic annotation of clinical trials with LLMs, as well as the digital and interoperable representation of molecular genetic findings for advanced sequencing methods already applied in oncology care. Publications are available at: https://www.molit.eu/publikationen/ under Data Science & AI.

In addition, the topic of “use of health data” in the context of the Medical Informatics Initiative, as well as the application of machine learning methods, was a central focus of the conference.

We sincerely thank GMDS e.V. for the excellent organization of the event and the opportunity to exchange with the scientific community.
