This week, researchers from biometrics, bioinformatics, epidemiology, and medical informatics are gathering in Freiburg. From September 27 to October 1, 2026, the city hosts the joint annual meeting of the International Society for Clinical Biostatistics (ISCB) and the German Association for Medical Informatics, Biometry and Epidemiology (GMDS). This year’s theme is “Transitions in the age of biomedical AI,” focusing on how artificial intelligence is transforming our fields and the way we work with health data.
The MOLIT Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Team contributed a total of five presentations to the conference. The publications can be viewed at Publications under Data Science & AI, or directly in the conference book.
